What you will do

• Lead the transition of products from New Product status to high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop robust, repeatable process parameters and assembly controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and prevent production issues.
• Design and maintain manufacturing equipment, assembly tools, and fixtures.
• Partner with Quality teams to review yield reports and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor and train personnel on assembly methods and manufacturing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment producing complex machinery.
• Must be local to the position location; no relocation provided.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Expertise in DFM, DFT, LEAN, Six Sigma, and RCCA.
• Experience developing assembly process flows for electro-mechanical products.
