What you will do

• Lead improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, focusing on automation, robotics, and digital systems.
• Validate new and existing manufacturing processes through capability studies and gauge R&R analysis.
• Resolve day-to-day quality issues, including NCRs, line faults, and warranty claims, using CI methodologies.
• Support manufacturing value streams through Gemba audits and detailed analysis.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records to meet engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to integrate innovation and automation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Relevant manufacturing experience based on level: 1-2 years (Level I), 3-5 years (Level II), or 5+ years (Level III).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of machining, welding, assembly, PLC, and machine logic.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and lead small cross-functional groups.
