What you will do
- Collaborate on ongoing sales opportunities, respond to RFPs, and drive the value proposition process.
- Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and create initial drafts for consulting work proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients to drive them to become company champions.
- Research market opportunities and track sales tactics from competitors and similar companies.
- Support COO and Tech leaders with analysis for staffing, account expectations, and client satisfaction.
- Participate in networking activities, including marketing events, workshops, and conferences.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales pipelines.
- 5+ years of direct consulting experience.
- 1+ years of management experience leading small teams of highly-skilled individuals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and sales methodologies (BANT, TAS, SPIN).
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ClickUp.
