What you will do
- Lead and mentor the US sales team through regular coaching, pipeline inspection, and forecast reviews.
- Build team motivation and accountability through consistent in-person leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market execution based on field feedback.
- Scale the organization by hiring and onboarding new Account Executives.
- Establish core management rhythms, including one-on-ones and performance evaluations.
- Support reps in active deals by providing strategic guidance and reinforcing sales processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco for in-person leadership.
- Proven experience as a frontline sales manager in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Strong track record of leading Account Executives through rapid business expansion.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecast discipline, and sales coaching.
- Startup mindset with the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for synthesizing feedback and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
