What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and executing outbound sequences to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to meet a monthly quota of $75,000 in net new business.
- Run independent discovery calls to surface business pain, quantify opportunities, and position engagement types.
- Collaborate with strategy and delivery teams to scope proposals and address technical client questions.
- Maintain accurate deal tracking and pipeline forecasting within HubSpot.
- Provide market intelligence to leadership regarding competitor activity, use cases, and prospect objections.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor in a complex, consultative environment.
- Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Working knowledge of the AI landscape sufficient to hold credible conversations with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM for pipeline management.
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts with an entrepreneurial operating style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cold outreach and executive presentations.
