Compensation: $102,700 — $263,000 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic operations partner and advisor to the AMER VP of Field Marketing.
- Own regional reporting on pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and funnel health.
- Design and deliver agentic AI interfaces to optimize marketing budget efficiency and lead conversion.
- Lead the annual marketing planning cycle, including target setting by sub-region and channel.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales Ops, Data Science, and Analytics to ensure data integrity.
- Provide executive-ready insights and QBR materials for leadership.
Requirements
- English fluency required
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy within SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and scaling AI agents or automation.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo (including Marketo Measure/AEP).
- Ability to influence in a matrix organization and communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience with LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau.
- Familiarity with GTM engineering tools such as Clay.
