Salary: $100,000 - $112,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage a digital brand focused on websites and sustain relationships with key clients based on their business goals.
- Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and develop fluency in capabilities and offerings.
- Develop client market understanding (trends, influencers, competitors, and stakeholders) and communicate brand business objectives to the agency team.
- Document scope requests, author project briefs, and write SOWs using inputs from the delivery team.
- Monitor revenue and profit, mitigate risks, and address scope issues directly with clients.
- Lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions; support MRC submission review (including Veeva or similar tools) and ensure projects are on time and meet client expectations for CIDP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with a background in digital tactics focused on websites.
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience is required.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team and apply it to delivery.
- Experience managing budget tracking and communicating budget status, including when work is out of scope or needs re-estimate.
- Baseline knowledge of the MRC submission process and ability to review MRC comments effectively.
