Location: Hybrid (Cleveland, OH). Must be based in or able to work from the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute omnichannel media plans aligned with client marketing objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Integrate new media technologies and identify content or multi-platform partnership opportunities.
  • Select optimal media channels, determine scheduling, and analyze marketplace competitive activity.
  • Present strategic media recommendations and alternatives directly to clients.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure performance and implement optimization recommendations.
  • Produce detailed recap reporting to document final campaign performance against goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and performance media.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Cleveland, OH office (average 4 days per week).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with media activation, ad operations, and analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to lead external clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health or pharmaceutical advertising.
