What you will do
- Partner with Rates & FX PMs to translate investment goals into resourcing, capital, and infrastructure plans.
- Lead the onboarding of new Macro/Fixed Income PM teams, including capital allocation, risk limits, and trading system connectivity.
- Analyze desk P&L, risk, liquidity, and funding to recommend actions for enhanced returns and capital efficiency.
- Design KPI dashboards and lead cost/benefit cases for data and technology spend.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects across operations, treasury, compliance, and technology.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle for trading and analytics platforms, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in business management, product, or trading roles on the buy-side (hedge fund, asset manager) or sell-side fixed income business.
- Must be based in New York.
- Deep product knowledge of rates and FX cash & derivatives (government bonds, swaps, futures, options, NDFs).
- Advanced analytical skills: Excel/VBA are required; Python, SQL, or PowerBI are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing, valuation, risk, funding, liquidity, and CCP margin.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms with banks, venues, and data providers.
