Location: Hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in New York, NY. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the NY/NJ area.
Salary: $216,000 - $270,000 USD (Tier 1 market rate).

What you will do
- Partner with the GM of Housing to define divisional priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans.
- Translate divisional goals into a clear operating system to enable strong cross-functional execution.
- Own and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
- Facilitate executive-facing review meetings and distill progress into clear strategic narratives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize divisional operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to navigate complex problem sets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Strong quantitative skills including advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and ability to drive outcomes through influence.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY 3 days per week or be eligible for relocation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
