What you will do
- Define commercial strategy, annual plans, and operating cadence (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) to drive revenue and account expansion.
- Lead territory design and quarterly rebalancing for a 250-person field organization scaling into new geographies.
- Own incentive compensation design and quarterly quota setting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Direct sales analytics, dashboards, and reporting to transform field activity into actionable insights.
- Implement AI tools and workflows to multiply the analytical output of the commercial operations function.
- Program-manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including health system adoption and EMR integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, commercial operations, revenue operations, or top-tier management consulting.
- Proven track record in designing territories and building variable compensation plans during rapid growth.
- Advanced analytical rigor with proficiency in AI, Excel, and Salesforce reporting.
- Experience leading high-performing analytical teams, including data scientists or commercial analysts.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills for engagement with C-suite leadership.
- Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and US-specific healthcare benefits).
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in molecular diagnostics, NGS, liquid biopsy, prenatal, or oncology commercial environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, agents, custom workflows) within commercial functions.
- Experience working at a publicly traded company.
