TL;DR

Market Services Sales Specialist (Fintech): Driving revenue growth for capital markets infrastructure services with an accent on market data, connectivity, and managed hosting solutions. Focus on partnering with sales leadership to build pipeline, develop go-to-market strategies, and close complex enterprise deals across the Americas.

Location: Must be based in or near New York City, NY (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

Salary: $110,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Directors to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth for Market Services.
  • Serve as the commercial subject matter expert for infrastructure, connectivity, and market data solutions.
  • Lead commercial strategy, value proposition development, and deal execution in collaboration with Sales Engineering.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy and commercialization.
  • Support executive briefings, proposal development, and strategic sales engagements.
  • Enable the sales organization through training, competitive positioning, and development of sales materials.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in capital markets infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, or market data.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of exchange ecosystems and financial market infrastructure.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.
