What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for Fortune 100 banks, fintechs, and marketplaces.
• Configure live decisioning workflows inside the RiskOS no-code platform, defining thresholds and branching logic.
• Negotiate integration architecture, including REST vs. SDK and sync vs. async patterns, with technical buyers.
• Manage 20+ active deals concurrently, co-authoring mutual action plans with Account Executives.
• Translate customer requirements into product escalations and ensure a seamless handoff to post-sales teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role (SC, SE, or SA).
• Proven track record of technical ownership on complex enterprise deals with ACV of $500K+.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, basic SQL, and reasoning about distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical deep-dives with executive business value pitches.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Background in fraud, identity verification, KYC/AML, or fintech infrastructure.
• Experience with no-code/low-code orchestration platforms or decisioning engines.
• Familiarity with ML/statistics concepts such as precision, recall, and AUC.
