What you will do
- Develop and execute territory sales plans targeting pre-IPO, emerging growth, and mid-cap public companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new logo opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
- Partner with industry centers of influence to drive referral opportunities.
- Apply consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger to diagnose customer needs.
- Engage effectively with executive, technical, and product stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software sales experience.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota in complex B2B enterprise sales cycles.
- Hunter mentality with high motivation and urgency.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and activity planning.
