What you will do
- Deliver sales revenue, margin, and growth targets through strategic planning.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and supply arrangements.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operate in accordance with all relevant MHRA, Home Office, and pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to translate sales data into action.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Nice to have
- Experience within medical cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Existing relationships with UK medical cannabis clinics, pharmacies, or wholesalers.
- Understanding of UK medical cannabis supply chains and market dynamics.
- Experience launching new products into healthcare markets.
