TL;DR

Product Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Scaling product knowledge flow across internal teams and customers with an accent on Intercom management, self-service optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving feature adoption, analyzing support KPIs, and creating high-quality enablement content for a B2B electronics supply chain platform.

Location: Remote within +/- 2h time zone of Germany or hybrid/onsite in Munich.

Salary: €46,200 – €57,600 (based on leveling).

What you will do

  • Manage customer support operations via Intercom as the primary platform owner.
  • Scale self-service resources including the Help Center and FinAI chatbot.
  • Analyze outcome-driven support KPIs to surface actionable product insights.
  • Act as the enablement hub, streamlining communication between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, newsletters, and training materials for LumiAcademy.
  • Participate in customer video calls to provide technical guidance when necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be located within a +/- 2h time zone of Germany.
  • Strong motivation to understand the electronics industry and software value proposition.
  • Ability to translate complex product changes into clear, helpful content.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or product enablement functions.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
