What you will do

• Define and lead the pan-European product strategy to establish unified content standards across multiple industries.
• Build and execute a product roadmap balancing customer requirements, designer workflows, and business goals.
• Lead data ingestion and API strategy to normalize content from heterogeneous sources into the platform.
• Drive AI-powered automation in partnership with AI/ML teams to reduce manual content processing.
• Implement the platform's consumption and monetization strategy, establishing key KPIs for value realization.
• Mentor PMs/PMMs and act as the European voice in enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B, enterprise, or platform products.
• Technical fluency in APIs, cloud architectures, and data models (2D/3D product configuration).
• Proven experience with PIM/PLM/PDM integration, including attribute taxonomies and rules engines.
• Experience shipping AI/ML initiatives for content creation or quality automation.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of European manufacturing data ecosystems (IDM, eClass, GS1, BIM standards).
• Familiarity with 3D design software ecosystems like CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or pCon.
• Experience with content lifecycle tooling and authoring workflows for geometry and textures.
• Understanding of marketplace models and consumption-based monetization.
