What you will do
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while expanding existing accounts.
- Promote the product portfolio through solution-based selling of instruments, reagents, and services.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and laboratories.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and application teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IVD/diagnostics industry.
- Strong knowledge of microbiology, endocrinology, or random-access analyzers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license (B).
- Ability to travel up to 80% across the Netherlands.
