Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Utrecht) with up to 80% travel required

What you will do

  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote the product portfolio through solution-based selling of instruments, reagents, and services.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and laboratories.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and application teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IVD/diagnostics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiology, endocrinology, or random-access analyzers.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license (B).
  • Ability to travel up to 80% across the Netherlands.
