Graduate Sales Engineer

Location: Remote (Netherlands), with willingness to travel to on-site customers mainly in the Benelux region

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 base annually + commission

What you will do

• Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of hirify.global products to prospective customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and design tailored technical solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and professional representation.
• Analyze market segments to generate recommendations for product roadmaps.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal development teams for resolution.
• Support the sales process through evaluations, proofs of concept, and implementation planning.

Requirements

• Education in Computer Science, Networking, Data Science, or a similar technical field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
• Solid understanding of computer networking principles.
• Knowledge of mobile computing platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for modern technology.
