Salary: $180,000–$198,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage all facets of pre-construction, bid, award, construction, and close-out phases.
• Review designs and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with public agencies and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project budgets and address discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage daily contractor activities, schedules, and submittals.
• Negotiate change order proposals and oversee payment processing for all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction or project management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex projects with construction values exceeding $10M.
• Must be able to obtain Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year if not already held.
• Must be available for full-time onsite work at client locations in the Los Angeles area.

Nice to have

• Design Build experience.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• LEED or CHPS certification experience.
• Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid Architect or Professional Engineer license in California.
