Location: Hybrid; must be local to Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York (3 days per week in studio)

Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution and delivery of complex projects through all phases of work.
• Coordinate closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, and external consultants to maintain design intent.
• Manage complex jurisdictional processes, permitting, and detailed documentation.
• Execute architectural detailing and material junctions from concept to construction.
• Oversee RFP processes, pre-construction activities, and review complex construction schedules.
• Mentor junior design staff and lead internal project teams through workplans and delegation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience working in an architecture or design studio.
• Expert proficiency with Revit and integrated BIM processes.
• Experience with commercial projects, including ground-up construction and creative workplaces.
• Deep knowledge of local codes, jurisdictional processes, and contract administration.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the US to work onsite regularly.
