What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, building multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for account needs.
- Own account forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer success.
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial sharpness with a focus on driving growth and outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and data analysis skills.
- Must be based in the UK (London or Leicester).
- Ability to handle escalations and shifting priorities under pressure.
