What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, building multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for account needs.
  • Own account forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer success.
  • Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial sharpness with a focus on driving growth and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and data analysis skills.
  • Must be based in the UK (London or Leicester).
  • Ability to handle escalations and shifting priorities under pressure.
