What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • Understand customer business goals to proactively identify opportunities for measurable impact and ROI.
  • Lead strategic planning and success reviews to ensure full leverage of the platform.
  • Manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Own renewals and expansion opportunities to ensure retention and revenue growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product innovation and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain, Ireland, or the United Kingdom.
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization.
  • 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with individual accounts exceeding $500K in ARR.
  • Proven record of driving complex renewals, expansions, and executive alignment at the C-suite level.
  • Deep experience navigating procurement, governance, and change management in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
