What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
- Understand customer business goals to proactively identify opportunities for measurable impact and ROI.
- Lead strategic planning and success reviews to ensure full leverage of the platform.
- Manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement.
- Own renewals and expansion opportunities to ensure retention and revenue growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product innovation and GTM strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain, Ireland, or the United Kingdom.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization.
- 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with individual accounts exceeding $500K in ARR.
- Proven record of driving complex renewals, expansions, and executive alignment at the C-suite level.
- Deep experience navigating procurement, governance, and change management in global, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
