What you will do
- Grow the Intercity vertical across 13 LATAM countries to reach key business KPIs.
- Monitor and improve business metrics through passenger and driver acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop global and regional strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
- Validate product and marketing hypotheses using A/B testing and MVP solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and user research through surveys and field interviews to find growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City or ready to relocate within the first 3 months.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.
- 2+ years of experience in mobility, ride-hailing, e-commerce, or delivery in a data-heavy role (analyst).
- Practical proficiency with SQL and Excel.
- Fluent English (C1) and native Spanish (C2).
- Willingness to conduct field work and undertake business trips in Mexico and abroad.
Nice to have
- Expertise in the Latin American intercity transportation market.
- Experience in strategy consulting or project management.
- Practical analytical experience with Python.
