What you will do

• Monitor real-time transactions and customer behaviors flagged for fraud and abuse.
• Investigate suspicious account patterns through data analysis and internal review methodologies.
• Research fraud trends to contribute to the development of machine learning models and detection rules.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and operations specialists to optimize prevention mechanisms.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely case resolution and minimize potential losses.
• Handle internal and external escalations professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in investigating and resolving fraud incidents.
• Proven experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• English proficiency (only English resumes will be accepted).
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Central Time.

Nice to have

• Work experience in fintech, payments, lending, or banking.
• Degree in statistics, math, finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
