What you will do
- Lead the transition of enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath, ensuring optimized and future-ready designs.
- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical pods to ensure requirement clarity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and TDDs.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and identify logic optimization opportunities.
- Manage the full automation lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including backlog prioritization.
- Drive client advisory engagements to shape long-term AI and automation strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation, business analysis, or consulting.
- Proven experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism is non-negotiable.
- Solid experience in UML/BPMN and technical documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical constraints and business expectations.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA) certification.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Exposure to AI, IDP, or Process Mining tools like Celonis.
