What you will do

  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM hygiene, data governance, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Partner with sales managers on coaching and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills and deadline discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to forecasting methodologies, territory modeling, or quota management.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Sandler.
