What you will do
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage Salesforce CRM hygiene, data governance, and reporting infrastructure.
- Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on strategic initiatives.
- Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
- Partner with sales managers on coaching and performance management initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or commercial analytics.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills and deadline discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to forecasting methodologies, territory modeling, or quota management.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Sandler.
