What you will do

• Develop and maintain software for flight and mission simulators to ensure safe pilot training.
• Modernize critical legacy code bases through enhancements and new feature implementation.
• Integrate virtual reality (VR) technologies with existing systems to enhance training capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware for real-time applications.
• Write clean, efficient code in C, C++, Python, or C#.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in real-time systems to maintain high training standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in mission-critical or real-time systems.
• Proficiency in C++, C, or Python.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekend work, and CONUS travel.
