What you will do

• Identify and collect building component data on systems installed at District sites.
• Utilize tablets, laptops, and smartphones for accurate data entry.
• Use construction expertise to identify building systems hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Assess the overall condition and remaining service life (RSL) of building system components.
• Collaborate with other trade surveyors to gather quantities and measurements.
• Supervise the performance of staff and survey participants, serving as a technical resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
• 6+ years of full-time paid professional experience working with on-site construction management teams.
• Experience collaborating with campus administrators, faculty, and staff.
• Must be able to work on-site at client locations to enable delivery and cultivate relationships.
