What you will do

• Lead preconstruction efforts from market evaluation and test fit development to design, permitting, and construction hand-off.
• Manage the selection, negotiation, and contracting of design vendors, architects, and specialized consultants.
• Prepare and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules and comprehensive capital expenditure (CapEx) requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, and real estate, to ensure design alignment with technical and budget requirements.
• Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments.
• Support contractor prequalification, bid solicitation, and procurement of long-lead equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating.
• At least 3 years of experience in mission-critical, data center, or high-tech infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
