What you will do

• Analyze game economies and metrics to understand interdependencies and drive strategic decisions.
• Develop models to forecast the impact of changes on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
• Conduct financial performance evaluations, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization analyses.
• Track key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of gaming products, marketing campaigns, and revenue initiatives.
• Execute hands-on configurations within CRM and operational systems to support segmentation and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in analytical roles within the social casino/iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Vaughan, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and models such as R or SAS.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
