What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into structured, scalable quantitative analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Design robust data models using Kimball/dimensional modeling techniques.
• Oversee data reconciliation and manipulation processes, focusing on automation and data quality improvement.
• Advance internal event tracking and A/B testing systems.
• Develop predictive and classification models to support Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Mentor junior colleagues in analytical research, dashboard development, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in BI/Data Science roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in Looker and LookML for designing explores and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of probability theory, statistical inference, and experimental design (A/B tests).
• Solid foundation in mathematics (combinatorics, calculus, mathematical logic).
• Applied experience with machine learning models for classification, regression, or clustering.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce domain.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
