What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources while ensuring governance compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Automate data workflows using Alteryx to streamline reporting.
• Communicate findings effectively and provide training on BI tools and data literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Mastery of Power BI, DAX, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud tools.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Alteryx, or Tableau.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in data informatics.
