Salary: CA$82,000 - CA$102,000 per year.

What you will do
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to define strategic priorities and track core SaaS performance metrics.
- Lead end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize the customer journey.
- Utilize AI tools to automate SQL queries, generate scripts, and synthesize large datasets.
- Perform complex data transformations using expert SQL skills to build robust analytical datasets.
- Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and evaluate feature launches.
- Communicate complex quantitative insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship or relocation provided).
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for complex data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into daily analytics workflows.
- Deep understanding of experimental design, statistical significance, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
