TL;DR

Data Analyst (Gamedev): Supporting decision-making within the Customer Relationship Center (CRC) analytics team with an accent on player support experiences, engagement, and retention. Focus on translating complex data into actionable insights using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to influence business outcomes and improve reporting infrastructure.

Location: Office-based in Paris, Lyon, Newcastle upon Tyne, or Montreal

What you will do

  • Generate data-driven insights to inform decision-making regarding player support and customer experience.
  • Partner with business and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Standardize and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and governance standards in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Champion data literacy by helping stakeholders interpret key metrics and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases or cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and statistical functions.
  • Proven experience using data to solve business problems and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring analysts or cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Exposure to statistical or predictive modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of the video game or entertainment industry.
