People Director (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the People strategy across the UK and Portugal in alignment with global business objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on employee relations, performance challenges, and organizational changes.
• Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and performance reviews.
• Lead and develop the regional People team, including the People Partner and Office Manager.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and people-related regulations in the UK and Portugal.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR, People, or Business Partner experience.
• Leadership experience within fast-growing professional services organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on organizational design and change management.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
