TL;DR

Head of People (AI): Leading the end-to-end People function for a publicly listed technology company with an accent on organizational scaling, international growth, and AI-enabled workforce transformation. Focus on building scalable frameworks for performance, reward, and governance while partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Shape and execute the global People strategy to support business growth and organizational maturity.
  • Lead international expansion initiatives, including employment models and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
  • Evolve group reward frameworks, career architecture, and performance management processes.
  • Optimize People systems, analytics, and operational workflows through automation and AI integration.
  • Maintain robust governance, employment compliance, and handle sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Partner with the Head of AI to build AI fluency and efficiency within the People function.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in a scaling technology, SaaS, or high-growth organization.
  • Strong practical experience in compensation design, career architecture, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience building People systems, analytics, and operational processes.
  • Deep understanding of APAC employment law, compliance, and multi-jurisdiction operations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, Boards, and executive teams.
  • Must be based in Singapore with the ability to travel internationally as required.
