What you will do

• Lead solution design workshops and contribute to the project Blueprint.
• Configure and test hirify.global application modules and workflows in client databases.
• Coordinate testing phases and provide critical go-live support for customers.
• Develop and deliver personalized training agendas and sessions for clients.
• Manage project deliverables using hirify.global Implementation Methodology and PM best practices.
• Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, TMS implementations, or professional services.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cash Management, FX Exposure, ERP Integrations, and Risk Management.
• Experience with FTP, SQL, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Previous experience implementing SaaS or Financial Systems.
