What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global investor relations strategy and serve as the primary interface with the investment community.
• Translate complex financial, business, and impact data into clear and compelling narratives for investors and analysts.
• Partner with the CFO, CEO, and General Counsel to ensure consistent external messaging and mission alignment.
• Build foundational IR infrastructure and processes to support future capital markets and financing activities.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and legal counsel on equity story development, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Collaborate with the Impact team to define and report on ESG and social impact metrics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research, ideally within a global tech/platform company.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and growth investor KPIs.
• Proven experience engaging directly with senior executives, analysts, and investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting, and impact-measurement frameworks.
• Must be based in Washington, DC for onsite work.
