What you will do

• Manage and track debt obligations, loan maturities, and refinancing schedules.
• Monitor interest rate trends, capital markets activity, and economic conditions.
• Coordinate directly with lenders, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Support negotiations for loan terms and refinancing opportunities.
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide strategic financing recommendations.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or Business.
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt management, or capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Deep understanding of debt markets, interest rates, and commercial lending practices.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
