What you will do

• Execute all aspects of M&A efforts, including sophisticated financial modeling and analysis.
• Prepare strategic presentations for hirify.global senior management and the board of directors.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, leading valuation and term sheet preparation.
• Manage the due diligence process and assist in final negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and company research.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and external parties, including investment bankers and private equity firms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate development or investment banking.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A execution.
• Ability to lead due diligence and prepare formal term sheets.
• Must be located in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia.
