Compensation: $154,500 – $256,200 + Equity

What you will do

• Build the investor relations function from the ground up, including strategy, messaging, and reporting cadence.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team to support financing processes, including materials development and diligence coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, managing quarterly updates and ad-hoc communications.
• Develop and maintain a structured investor prioritization framework and deep knowledge of sector appetite.
• Advise on investor narrative and messaging to ensure consistency across financial performance and product velocity.
• Prepare board meeting materials and manage investor-facing infrastructure like data rooms and financial models.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, buyside investing, or corporate development.
• Must work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA with ability to travel nationally.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex valuation and capital structure questions.
• Proven track record of supporting or leading fundraising processes at high-growth, venture-backed companies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into compelling narratives.
