What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with business growth and manufacturing scale-up.
• Lead communication with shareholders, prospective investors, and the financial community regarding operational and strategic milestones.
• Prepare key investor materials including earnings presentations, annual letters, and roadshow decks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Development to ensure a consistent and compelling investor narrative.
• Monitor market trends and analyst commentary to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner on capital-markets activities, including equity and debt financing and fundraising readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with sharp analytic ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual to meet ITAR requirements.
