What you will do

• Develop and manage financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions and investments.
• Support financing processes including due diligence, project management, and data room administration.
• Perform detailed financial analysis on new developments and existing portfolio assets in collaboration with Finance and Development teams.
• Produce presentation materials for senior management, board members, investors, and lenders.
• Assist with commercial negotiations of legal contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and sector valuations.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate with a focus on investments or transactions.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling and investment appraisals.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, logical, and self-motivated team player.
