What you will do

• Develop detailed work scopes and contractor work packages, including labor, equipment, and material estimates.
• Create and maintain maintenance and outage schedules using Primavera P6 to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare complete maintenance work packages, developing job plans and coordinating permits for Confined Space and Hot Work.
• Coordinate field execution with supervisors, monitor contractor productivity, and review/approve invoices.
• Develop KPI reports to track outage performance, labor utilization, and overtime usage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in maintenance planning, estimating, or scheduling within power plants, utilities, or heavy industrial facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables and complex formulas).
• Must be based in the Tampa Bay, FL area and available for travel to local power stations.

Nice to have

• College degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and CPM Scheduling.
• Hands-on craft background as an apprentice or journeyman in mechanical, electrical, or turbine maintenance.
