What you will do

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards to measure global renewals business performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics to establish a single source of truth for renewals data.
  • Develop scalable forecasting models and drive action based on business insights.
  • Enable field sales and operations partners to leverage dashboards for risk mitigation and outcome execution.
  • Analyze quarterly churn and contraction ARR drivers with cross-functional leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, revenue, or FP&A analyst roles.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and ARR metrics like renewal rate, churn, and net retention.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, specifically Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
