What you will do
- Hold responsibility for passenger acquisition and retention KPIs.
- Lead a matrix-structured marketing team and collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Driver Operations.
- Drive the annual marketing plan, optimizing digital performance, media, and car branding strategies.
- Manage country marketing budgets and execute growth hacking initiatives through hypothesis testing.
- Oversee brand positioning and the creation of culturally relevant creatives for all channels.
- Perform market and audience research and nurture strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, including 3+ years in a lead role.
- Experience leading multi-cultural teams, preferably within a matrix structure.
- Experience working with mobile products, specifically in ride-hailing or similar tech industries.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- English and Spanish proficiency on a fluent level.
- Must be based in Guatemala.
