AdOps Manager (GMP)

What you will do

• Lead the trafficking process for assigned accounts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage deadlines and workflows for yourself and junior colleagues.
• Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues.
• Assist in the implementation of measurement and optimization pixels.
• Collaborate with Media, Project Delivery, and Marketing Science teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in advertising operations.
• Proven experience leading others to successfully perform tasks.
• Full knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Social platforms.
• Strong experience with Campaign Manager 360 (core priority).
• Understanding of how testing is set up and experience with dynamic ad serving partners (DCO).
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Familiarity with Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
