TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses, particularly finance decision-makers, to align hirify.global's AI solutions with their business challenges. Focus on booking meetings with Account Executives to further qualify leads and build pipeline.

Location: 4 days per week in our high energy Farringdon office (Friday’s are remote)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base plus £25,000 uncapped commission for an Total On Target Earnings of £70,000

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and engage with businesses and their finance decision-makers.
  • Understand prospect business challenges and align hirify.global's AI solutions to their needs.
  • Book meetings jointly with Account Executives to further qualify leads and build pipeline.
  • Use cold calling, mass and personalized emails, voice notes, videos, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.

Requirements

  • Coachable, highly motivated, and competitive self-starter.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales (SaaS, recruitment, client-facing).
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency with cold calling, LinkedIn, personalized emails, and other sales development techniques.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, time-sensitive, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook on rejection.
  • Passionate about AI, technology, finance, and driving results.
