Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote role based on the East Coast of the US; occasional travel required. Listed locations: Boonton, US and New York, US.

Salary: $50,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and create qualified sales opportunities for the New Business Sales team.
• Build brand awareness and manage a pipeline of potential prospects.
• Conduct discovery conversations with potential customers and decision-makers to uncover business needs.
• Generate qualified leads and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Use sales processes and sales enablement tools to prospect across key verticals and geographies.
• Learn the technology and case studies to communicate the value proposition.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of previous SDR or BDR experience.
• Strong interest in lead generation and outbound sales.
• Experience using sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, logical, and methodical skills.
• Fluent English required.
